About the Role

As a specialist dedicated to expanding access to rehabilitation care, you'll be the bridge between our hospital and the physicians, health systems, and organizations that refer patients to us. This is a full-time position based in West Odessa, Ector County, offering the chance to make a direct impact on how many patients receive the rehabilitation services they need.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture relationships with referring physicians, case managers, and clinical partners across the region
• Educate healthcare providers about our rehabilitation programs and patient care capabilities
• Respond to physician and partner inquiries about patient referrals and program details
• Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions and positive outcomes
• Track referral patterns and contribute to strategies that grow patient admissions
• Represent Encompass Health at community events and professional networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and genuine ability to build professional relationships
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn the rehabilitation care landscape and our service lines
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing referral processes and follow-ups
• Ability to represent our mission with integrity and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant healthcare or business development experience is a plus
