About the Role
We're seeking a reliable, safety-focused operator to support crushing and material handling operations at our East Helena aggregate facility. In this position, you'll operate production equipment, prepare and maintain work sites, and keep our machinery in peak working condition to ensure smooth, safe operations.
What You'll Do
- Operate aggregate crushing and processing equipment according to specifications and safety standards
- Prepare work areas, stage materials, and organize the jobsite for efficient operations
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting on production equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and promptly report issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for your team
- Follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment, and actively participate in safety training
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating crushing, processing, or related heavy production equipment
- Comfort working outdoors in an industrial environment with aggregate materials
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment problems
