About the Role
You'll be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our yard facilities and building grounds. This hands-on position is essential to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive workplace where our team can perform at their best every day.
What You'll Do
- Maintain yard cleanliness and organization, including equipment parking areas and material storage zones
- Perform routine building and grounds maintenance to ensure a safe, professional environment
- Conduct preventive maintenance on facility equipment and outdoor structures
- Keep pathways, entrances, and common areas clean and hazard-free
- Support facility safety and compliance by identifying and reporting maintenance issues
- Operate and maintain yard equipment as needed
- Work collaboratively with other team members to support daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in yard maintenance, building maintenance, or facilities management
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and operate equipment
- Willingness to learn and take on diverse responsibilities
