About the Role

As a full-time Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Beth Israel Lahey Health in Boston, you will pursue advanced studies beyond the doctoral level, building specialized expertise while contributing to ongoing research initiatives. This is a regular, day-shift position designed for early-career scientists ready to deepen their training in preparation for an independent research career.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous, hypothesis-driven research as a trainee advancing beyond the doctoral level.
• Collaborate with faculty mentors, investigators, and laboratory colleagues across the Beth Israel Lahey Health network.
• Design, execute, and document experiments while maintaining accurate and well-organized records.
• Analyze and interpret findings, and help prepare results for publication and presentation.
• Support the development of grant submissions and scholarly materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Hold a doctoral degree (or a recognized foreign equivalent), or have completed all requirements for such a degree.
• Status as a trainee committed to further study in preparation for an independent scientific or academic path.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, mentorship-focused research environment.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site role in Boston (this position is not remote).
