Seeking an experienced multifamily leader to take the helm at Parks at Hunter's Creek? Greystar Management Services is hiring a full-time Community Manager in Orlando, Orange County, to oversee one of the area's premier rental communities.

About the Role

As the Community Manager for Parks at Hunter's Creek, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for the day-to-day performance of the property. This full-time, on-site position in Orlando, Orange County, blends operational ownership, resident relations, and team leadership to keep the community running smoothly and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all daily operations of the apartment community, ensuring smooth leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
• Lead, coach, and support the on-site team to meet occupancy, retention, and performance goals.
• Build positive resident relationships and resolve concerns promptly to strengthen satisfaction and renewals.
• Manage the property budget, monitor financial results, and drive revenue while controlling expenses.
• Oversee marketing and leasing efforts to maintain strong occupancy across the community.
• Ensure the property remains compliant with company standards and applicable housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property or community management, ideally within multifamily or residential housing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop an on-site team.
• Strong financial acumen, including comfort with budgets and operating performance.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities for working with residents and staff.
• Authorization to work full-time, on-site in Orlando, Orange County.
