About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our finance function. You'll own corporate tax planning, compliance, and strategic positioning while partnering closely with senior finance and accounting leadership. Your expertise will directly support our mission to advance how organizations leverage optimization technology across operations and decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive tax strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Manage federal, state, and international tax compliance calendars and ensure accurate, timely filings
• Analyze tax implications of business initiatives, restructuring, and strategic decisions
• Oversee relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory agencies
• Maintain current knowledge of tax law changes and implement necessary policy adjustments
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and tax risk assessment processes
• Prepare tax documentation, reconciliations, and positions for audit and review

What We're Looking For

• CPA or equivalent professional tax credential with 5+ years in corporate tax management
• Demonstrated experience managing tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of federal income tax, state taxation, and international tax principles
• Proficiency with tax software, accounting systems, and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or related field
