What You'll Do
- Perform daily maintenance inspections and upkeep across community grounds and common areas
- Execute routine maintenance tasks including landscaping, exterior repairs, and facility care
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and general community needs
- Maintain curb appeal through regular cleaning, groundskeeping, and minor repairs
- Assist with seasonal maintenance projects and property preparations
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor on work priorities and schedules
- Report maintenance issues and track completed work accurately
- Ensure all work meets community standards for safety and quality
What We're Looking For
- Experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or property management roles
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Basic troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple building systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to respond to maintenance needs promptly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional appearance standards
- Ability to work independently and take direction from supervisory staff
- Valid driver's license preferred
