Role Overview
The Graduate Manager role puts you at the center of Women's Basketball operations. Working part-time, you'll handle critical program functions that keep the team focused on competing and winning. Graduate students in this position gain hands-on exposure to how elite athletic programs run, from daily logistics to game-day execution.
Your Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day basketball operations under the coaching staff's direction
- Manage team equipment, facilities, and inventory
- Coordinate travel logistics, scheduling, and event planning
- Handle roster management and administrative documentation
- Execute game-day operations and practice support functions
- Assist with video coordination, statistics tracking, or other program needs
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or eligible to pursue a graduate degree at Baylor University
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
