Hargreaveslansdown is recruiting a Service Assurance Manager for our Bristol Harbourside office. This is a full-time position where you'll drive service quality and compliance across our operations.
The Opportunity
Join our assurance and compliance team as a Service Assurance Manager based at our Bristol Harbourside headquarters. In this role, you'll take ownership of our service quality frameworks, ensuring every service delivery meets our high standards for performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You'll work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build assurance strategies that protect our business, our reputation, and our customers' interests.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee service assurance programmes and compliance frameworks
- Monitor service delivery performance against service level agreements and key performance indicators
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews to identify and mitigate operational risks
- Lead investigations into service failures and drive corrective action plans
- Produce comprehensive assurance reports for senior management and stakeholder review
- Maintain and update assurance policies, procedures, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and industry standards across your remit
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service assurance, quality management, or compliance roles
- Strong understanding of service level agreements, KPIs, and performance measurement
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant professional qualifications (ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent) desirable
