The Klein Center in West Burlington is seeking experienced nursing professionals to join our healthcare team. In this role, you'll provide direct patient care, manage clinical responsibilities, and collaborate with our medical staff to support patient wellbeing and recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff to coordinate care delivery
• Implement and maintain infection control and safety protocols
• Respond promptly to patient needs and advocate for patient comfort and safety

Who We're Looking For

• Valid, current Iowa RN or LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting with changing patient needs
• Dedication to patient-centered care and professional nursing standards
• Reliability and flexibility with a 32-hour-per-week schedule
• Prior acute care, community health, or clinical healthcare experience (preferred)
