Senior Supply Chain Risk Manager(Remote)

Globalhr is hiring a full-time Senior Supply Chain Risk Manager for this remote position serving the US-CA-REMOTE market. This is a strategic role focused on identifying and mitigating supply chain risks across global operations.

Position Summary

As Senior Supply Chain Risk Manager at Globalhr, you'll lead enterprise risk management initiatives that protect organizational value and ensure supply chain resilience. Your work will shape how we identify, assess, and respond to supply chain vulnerabilities, disruptions, and emerging threats in an increasingly complex global business environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain supply chain risk frameworks, policies, and governance structures
• Monitor supplier financial health, operational stability, and geopolitical exposure to surface emerging risks
• Conduct risk assessments, impact analyses, and scenario planning for business continuity
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance, and business unit leaders to design mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Maintain risk dashboards, scorecards, and metrics; report findings to executive leadership and governance bodies
• Execute supplier audits, compliance reviews, and due diligence to validate adherence to risk standards
• Identify optimization and diversification opportunities to reduce supply chain concentration and single points of failure

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of supply chain risk, procurement, operations, or related risk management experience
• Demonstrated expertise identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain vulnerabilities in global environments
• Deep knowledge of supply chain finance, supplier risk assessment methodologies, and business continuity frameworks
• Proficiency with risk management standards (COSO, ISO 31000) and supply chain or enterprise systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related discipline; MBA or APICS CSCP certification a plus
