Senior Director, Product Management

We're looking for an experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead digital experience strategy at Genesys in the United Kingdom. This is a full-time role where you'll shape how millions of customers interact with customer service platforms.

What This Role Involves

As Senior Director of Product Management, you'll oversee the strategic direction of our digital experience portfolio, guiding product teams through complex customer challenges and market opportunities. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and commercial leaders to build products that solve real business problems. This role combines hands-on product thinking with executive leadership—you'll mentor product managers, advocate for customer needs across the organisation, and make critical decisions about roadmaps and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for digital experience solutions
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers across multiple product areas
• Conduct market research, analyse customer feedback, and identify emerging opportunities
• Own product roadmap decisions, prioritisation, and cross-functional delivery
• Work with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product-market fit
• Monitor competitor landscape and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with business objectives

What You Bring

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a director-level or equivalent strategic role
• Demonstrated success building and scaling product teams
• Deep knowledge of customer experience, customer service technology, or related domains
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to drive product decisions with data
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all organisational levels
• Experience working in complex, B2B technology environments
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
