Senior Value Engineer (SC Cleared)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking a Senior Value Engineer with SC Clearance in London. In this role, you will own the end-to-end value journey for Fortune 500 customers, working at the frontier of data and AI-driven business transformation.

Identify and Frame Value:

• Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact use cases
• Advise organizations on platform fit within their existing IT landscape and AI strategy
• Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers
• Use hands-on technical skills (SQL/Python) to build AI prototypes and bring platform capabilities to life
• Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives

Realize Value:

• Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement
• Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives

Scale Value:

• Own the complete customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps for customers to drive platform adoption and expansion
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance platform capabilities based on new use cases

What We're Looking For

Data, Analytics, Applications and IT: Good knowledge of business software and SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), hands-on SQL and/or Python skills, experience collaborating with IT teams, experience developing dashboards and automations in tools like PowerBI or RPA, knowledge of and experience with AI-powered solutions.

Customer Value Focus: Experience in an analytical role demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment. Ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with a SaaS provider or consultancy. Alternatively, in an in-house role (e.g., Center of Excellence for Data Mining/Analytics/Intelligence) within an enterprise.

Process Improvement and Value Realization: Experience identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users/process owners to realize value.

Project Management: Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines. You will manage multiple projects across aligned accounts at different parts of the value journey, leveraging ecosystem partners wherever possible.

Executive Stakeholder Management: Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English with a confident, professional presence.

Business Domain Expertise: Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains as well as strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation).

Industry Expertise: Ideally expertise in one or more industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals) with the ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities.

Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a comparable technical field.

Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance is required for this position.
