About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization in their search for a Senior Solutions Architect to join their London team. This role focuses on leading the deployment of containerized solutions within customer environments, serving as a crucial technical liaison between our client and their enterprise customers.

As the primary technical point of contact, you'll drive successful deployments by translating customer technical requirements, ensuring smooth infrastructure integration, and removing technical barriers to adoption. You'll work with cutting-edge process intelligence technology, guiding enterprise clients through complex implementations that span process mining, execution management, and automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical stakeholder for successful delivery and onboarding of enterprise platform solutions
• Lead technical discussions to analyze customer architecture, recommend optimal deployment strategies, and manage expectations within technical constraints
• Remove technical obstacles to maximize user adoption, clarifying technical risks and necessary tradeoffs
• Collaborate with product development teams to balance dedicated customer solutions against broader platform enhancements
• Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and the platform via APIs and internal tools
• Guide customers on authentication, user and group management, and provisioning best practices
• Lead deployment of containerized applications on Kubernetes within customer environments
• Ensure highly available, secure, and resilient deployments with efficient resource utilization

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of proven experience, with at least 3 years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes
• Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution (Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, RedHat OpenShift, etc.)
• Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required; existing clearance is a strong advantage
• Deep understanding of best practices for deploying, scaling, and maintaining containerized applications on Kubernetes
• Proven experience implementing infrastructure as code (Terraform required; Helm or Kustomize strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Ansible is a plus
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP API-Management, data ingestion and streaming (Kafka or similar), SSO, LDAP, IT security, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes for large data volumes is beneficial
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance topics for enterprise applications
• Solid project management experience with a customer-centric approach
• Solution-oriented professional who excels at technical discussions and translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
