Senior Revenue Ops

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health technology organization in their search for a Senior Revenue Operations professional based in France. Our client is a fast-growing company transforming their industry through technology and innovation.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and finance within the Sales Effectiveness team. You'll be responsible for making the sales organization run at peak performance across multiple European markets and beyond. This is a high-impact position where you'll own initiatives from strategy through execution, working with modern tools and AI to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue effectiveness initiatives end-to-end, including roadmap definition, solution design, build, execution, and organizational adoption
• Spend meaningful time in the field identifying gaps in sales processes and designing smarter, more automated workflows
• Evaluate, test, and roll out new tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency
• Work with low-code platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, Clay), AI tools, Salesforce, and SQL to build scalable solutions
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and flows to support business requirements
• Build and maintain data pipelines that produce actionable business insights
• Drive change management through shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating until improvements stick
• Support the full sales organization including Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success teams

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Effectiveness roles, with significant hands-on experience building sales infrastructure
• Proven track record of owning initiatives end-to-end (scoping, designing, building, and measuring)
• Strong project management skills and demonstrated ownership mindset
• Builder mentality with hands-on technical capabilities
• Proficiency writing and owning SQL queries independently (joins, basic data modeling)
• Proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent)
• Direct experience configuring Salesforce (objects, fields, flows) – you should be able to articulate what you personally built
• Experience building pipelines that deliver clear business impact
• Strong change management skills, comfortable with training and driving adoption
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced level English required
• Based in or willing to relocate to: Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona
