Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology client in Munich seeking an Embedded Software Developer. In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement embedded software solutions using C and C++
- Program microcontrollers (e.g., ARM Cortex-M) and hardware-level software
- Design and implement robust software architectures for embedded systems
- Integrate peripheral devices and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and debugging activities
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams spanning software and hardware development
- Document requirements, concepts, and implementations thoroughly
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in embedded software development with C/C++
- Strong expertise in microcontroller programming (e.g., ARM, STM32, ESP32)
- Experience with embedded architectures and real-time operating systems
- Familiarity with development tools including Git, JTAG, logic analyzers, and debuggers
- Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and strong quality orientation
- German language proficiency at C1 level; English at B2 level
