About the Role
Bamboo Works, a fast-growing international recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Latvia. This role involves end-to-end recruitment delivery for digital, creative, and marketing roles, with flexibility across other verticals. The ideal candidate will own roles from intake to placement, source high-quality candidates, and contribute to improving how we recruit.
What You'll Do
- Own roles from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate-client alignment
- Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates for digital, creative, and marketing roles
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process
- Contribute to sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate and structured candidate data within the ATS
- Share insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Ensure operational and administrative support for smooth operations
Qualifications
Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior (7+ years)
- End-to-end recruitment experience in digital, creative, and marketing roles
- Strong candidate assessment and matchmaking skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Contribution to sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development
- Experience with ATS and data management
- Market insights and talent intelligence sharing
- Collaboration and team support for high-quality outcomes
Working at Bamboo Works
Bamboo Works is a remote-friendly company, but the role requires primarily aligned working hours with Philippine working hours. Compensation includes base pay (depending on experience) plus placement-based incentives.
