About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential consulting firm specializing in data, AI, and software engineering. They are seeking a senior-level Business Developer to take ownership of one of their most strategic client accounts in Paris. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential—the account has doubled in size over the past year, and the goal is to double revenue again within the next two years.

This position offers direct responsibility for account strategy, business development, and team leadership. You'll work with an established account that already has strong foundations and reference status, while driving expansion across multiple entities within the client group.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand our client's presence within a strategic account and across related business units within the client's group
• Define and execute account strategy while identifying new business opportunities
• Manage and develop existing competency centers associated with the account
• Mentor and develop junior Business Developers through training, coaching, and objective-setting
• Oversee your business unit through comprehensive dashboard tracking and performance management
• Participate actively in recruitment and ongoing management of consultants working within your scope

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, engineering, or related university program
• Significant sales experience within a technology services or consulting environment (ESN/SSII)
• Proven track record in account management and business development
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Leadership experience, particularly in developing junior team members
• Fluency in French required for this Paris-based role
• Passion for challenge and growth in the IT consulting sector
