We are representing a confidential food delivery technology company seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager for their Paris operations. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and cross-functional programme management, requiring someone who can translate business priorities into actionable 360° marketing plans while orchestrating execution across local and central teams.

Our talent team is looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities who can lead quarterly planning cycles, coordinate major marketing moments, and drive measurable business outcomes in the French market.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly integrated marketing planning for the French market, analysing business performance data, consumer insights, and campaign results to identify opportunities and develop prioritisation recommendations
• Translate central marketing direction into a coherent 360° marketing plan tailored to France, defining campaign objectives, KPIs, and success criteria
• Act as programme manager for major marketing moments including seasonal campaigns, building overarching narratives and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders
• Orchestrate localisation of global campaigns while aligning media plans and coordinating local activations with partnerships teams
• Maintain campaign documentation, track deliverables against objectives, and run coordination check-ins to resolve dependencies and friction points
• Consolidate visibility over marketing investment, identify budget constraints, and facilitate trade-off decisions with stakeholders
• Run campaign performance reviews, analyse results with measurement teams, and convert learnings into recommendations for future planning cycles
• Serve as primary coordination point for creative agencies and brand partnerships, ensuring deliverables meet French market requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 5–8 years in integrated marketing, marketing planning, marketing strategy, or marketing programme management (client-side or agency)
• Proven ability to translate business priorities and performance data into actionable marketing plans and trade-off scenarios
• Demonstrated experience orchestrating 360° campaigns in matrix environments, working across local teams, central functions, and agencies
• Strong understanding of marketing levers, their contribution to business and brand objectives, and the French market specifically

Essential Skills:

• Strategic thinking and business orientation with ability to understand complex topics quickly and connect marketing decisions to market priorities
• Data fluency and analytical capabilities to interpret performance, challenge assumptions, and make evidence-based recommendations
• Stakeholder management and influence skills in environments without direct authority, with ability to communicate complex topics to senior audiences
• Programme management rigour including risk anticipation, dependency management, and agency coordination
• Prioritisation and trade-off decision-making abilities
• Fluency in French and English required
