User Acquisition Manager (Radiotech)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobile app development company with a global presence and over 1 billion downloads worldwide. Our client specializes in music education applications that help millions of users learn, practice, and enjoy playing instruments. We're seeking a User Acquisition Manager to lead paid growth strategy for a flagship piano learning app.

This is a fully remote position where you'll own the user acquisition strategy across major paid channels, working closely with creative and analytics teams to drive sustainable growth at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead user acquisition strategy for a music education app across paid channels including Meta, Google, AppLovin, and TikTok
• Partner with creative production teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives including playables, video, and static assets
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable optimization recommendations
• Identify and lead expansion into new geographic markets, adapting acquisition strategy and creative to local dynamics
• Build and maintain automation and auto-rules processes to optimize bidding, budget allocation, and campaign management at scale
• Monitor key metrics including CPI, ROAS, LTV, Sub2Paid, and retention, reporting performance against targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and growth teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing
• Proven track record managing paid UA campaigns across major channels with meaningful budget ownership
• Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of LTV, ROAS, CPP, retention, and cohort-based metrics
• Experience with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
• Hands-on experience building or managing automation and auto-rules for bid and budget optimization
• Familiarity with creative testing processes and ability to brief and collaborate effectively with creative teams
• Experience expanding products into new markets with understanding of localization and regional performance dynamics
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL or scripting experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
