About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology client that is transforming how enterprise brands conduct consumer research. Our client has built a platform that accelerates primary research timelines from weeks to days, serving Fortune 500 companies across retail, telecom, consumer goods, and sports entertainment sectors. As they scale their customer success operations, we're seeking a Research Manager to join their remote team.

This is a critical role ensuring customers achieve their research objectives and driving retention through high-quality project delivery. You'll serve as the dedicated research lead for enterprise accounts, owning the end-to-end research process from scoping through final insight delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated research lead for all assigned customer accounts, owning ultimate accountability for project success and quality delivery
• Drive comprehensive project scoping through discovery calls to deeply understand research objectives, context, and success criteria
• Act as a solutions architect, educating customers on platform capabilities and consulting on methodology adjustments to maximize project outcomes
• Maintain and enrich customer context documentation to enable increasingly tailored research solutions
• Perform final quality checks on all customer-ready deliverables and present key insights and recommendations directly to stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous AI product innovation by documenting the gap between automated output and human researcher quality
• Manage multiple concurrent research projects while balancing competing priorities and internal business demands
• Drive customer retention and upsells through successful research outcomes, contributing to Net Revenue Retention targets
• Escalate complex requirements or risks to senior research leadership when appropriate

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of market research experience, with the majority spent supplier-side in a market research agency environment
• Demonstrated expertise leading discovery and scoping calls with enterprise clients
• Strong hands-on experience writing and editing both quantitative and qualitative questionnaires from scratch
• Proven ability to draft analysis plans and create stakeholder-ready insights reports and topline presentations
• Track record of owning and supporting client relationships with Fortune 500 US-based companies, specifically working with insights professionals
• Success operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
• Ability to navigate complex customer needs while driving initiatives to successful outcomes
• Growth mindset and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Experience at an early-stage startup (under 50 employees) is a strong plus

Pay

The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000, with final compensation determined based on experience and qualifications. The position includes equity options, comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision), 401(k) with company match, flexible time off, technology stipend, and additional benefits.
