(Senior) SEO & Onsite Manager (befristet, Elternzeitvertretung) (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B e-commerce organization seeking a Senior SEO & Onsite Manager for a fixed-term parental leave cover in Hamburg. In this role, you will drive organic visibility and refine the onsite experience across multiple DACH-region shops.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Implementing onpage and technical SEO measures, including comprehensive audits
• Advancing visibility in generative search systems and large language models
• Optimizing category pages, product pages, content hubs, blog posts, and guide sections for both traditional and generative search
• Conducting keyword and topic research to inform new content development
• Continuously refining shop navigation, internal linking structures, and site architecture
• Managing seasonal campaigns, banners, and promotional placements on the content side
• Analyzing SEO and e-commerce KPIs and measuring impact on traffic and conversions
• Collaborating closely with technical teams, marketing colleagues, and external service providers

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience in SEO and e-commerce, ideally within a B2B environment
• Confident use of SEO and analytics tools, shop systems, and foundational HTML knowledge
• Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of data, conversion optimization, and digital marketing dynamics
• Strategic thinker who can independently execute and iterate on initiatives
• German at C2 level and solid English skills (B2 or higher)
