Outbound Lead – Cold Email

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential growth consultancy in the digital marketing space. This fully remote role offers the chance to own and architect the entire cold-email acquisition function for a fast-moving organization that serves agency clients across North America.

You'll be joining as the technical and strategic leader of outbound email operations—not simply executing campaigns, but rebuilding infrastructure, coaching clients, and driving measurable pipeline growth. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on ownership and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete cold-email engine: lead prospecting, data enrichment, sending infrastructure, campaign messaging, and follow-up sequences
• Manage deliverability infrastructure including domain setups, inbox distribution, warm-up protocols, authentication standards, and inbox placement optimization
• Audit and optimize the existing technology stack, retaining effective automation tools (including n8n) and implementing superior solutions where gaps exist
• Drive core KPIs including reply rates, positive response rates, and booked sales calls; independently identify bottlenecks and deploy fixes
• Execute done-for-you outbound campaigns for client accounts while coaching done-with-you clients to master their own outbound systems
• Within your first 90 days: conduct a full ecosystem audit, deploy a reliable sending infrastructure to industry-leading standards, and establish clean real-time reporting on pipeline metrics

• Deep, current technical expertise in modern cold-email systems, deliverability mechanics, and marketing automation platforms
• True ownership mindset—you're a builder who proactively diagnoses issues and fixes broken workflows under pressure, not a task-follower
• Strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-expert audiences
• Proficiency with n8n, CRM databases, enrichment platforms, and domain/inbox management tools
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with high autonomy
