Endear – Onboarding Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential retail technology client seeking an Onboarding Manager to help new customers achieve early success with their platform. This is a remote role where you'll guide retail organizations through their critical first 120 days, ensuring meaningful results and sustainable growth. You'll work closely with sales, account management, and product teams while having direct impact on customer expansion and long-term adoption.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through comprehensive onboarding programs designed to drive quick wins and early adoption
• Conduct intensive training sessions with store teams to ensure proper platform usage and change management
• Work closely with sales to expand pilot programs into full team rollouts during the onboarding phase
• Monitor new customer progress and proactively address barriers to adoption and team engagement
• Develop deep expertise in retail workflows to provide strategic guidance on best practices and implementation strategies
• Create and refine onboarding materials, training resources, and success frameworks tailored to retail environments
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure new customer feedback shapes platform development
• Manage smooth transitions to Account Managers once customers reach adoption milestones
• Share reporting on customer progress and success metrics throughout the onboarding journey

What We're Looking For

• Experience in retail operations, store management, or similar customer-facing retail roles
• Experience with SaaS platforms or customer success is a strong plus
• Understanding of retail team dynamics, training needs, and change management challenges
• Comfortable working in a 100% remote environment
• Excitement about working in a small start-up environment where team members wear many hats
• Solutions-first approach with ability to take action and resolve problems independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with strong self-management and prioritization skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow with an "all hands on deck" attitude
