Chargé(e) Onboarding (CDD 6 mois)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential logistics technology company seeking an Onboarding Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Paris. This field-based role involves traveling frequently across French territory to conduct in-person onboarding sessions and support the growth of their partner delivery network.

As part of the Operations team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective delivery partners, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while contributing to continuous operational improvements through direct field feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person onboarding sessions for new delivery partners across various locations
• Welcome, inform, and guide candidates throughout their integration journey
• Verify required information and documentation for partner onboarding
• Represent our client professionally during all candidate interactions
• Travel to different onboarding hubs and field locations based on operational needs
• Support delivery partner fleet development in high-priority geographic areas
• Identify operational challenges and escalate feedback to senior leadership
• Apply and help improve onboarding processes based on field experience
• Collaborate with Support, Supply, and Operations teams to ensure smooth candidate experiences
• Assist in deploying projects related to onboarding and operational enhancement

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer relations, operations, recruitment, events, or dynamic environments (startups, technology companies, service platforms, logistics)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with field-based work
• Self-sufficient while enjoying collaborative teamwork
• Adaptable to rapidly changing environments
• Proficient with collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Salesforce (Looker knowledge is a plus)
• Fluent in French (required); additional languages such as English, Arabic, or Hindi/Urdu are advantageous
• Valid driving license (Permis B) and availability for frequent travel
