Our talent team is seeking a Senior DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer to join their distributed team remotely from anywhere within GMT-7 to GMT+4 timezones.

Responsibilities

As a Senior DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code principles with Terraform and Ansible
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and scaling of infrastructure components across multiple environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid, reliable, and repeatable software releases using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Integrate security practices throughout the software development lifecycle, implementing shift-left security principles
• Automate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and security measures within CI/CD pipelines
• Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot system failures, and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain security controls and validate compliance with healthcare industry standards

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or related roles
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Solid knowledge of security principles and best practices
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work remotely within GMT-7 to GMT+4 timezones

Preferred:

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or CISSP
• Experience with infrastructure security tools including intrusion detection/prevention systems, IAM, and secure network architecture
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS
