Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision-makers throughout the United States
• Engage with senior-level contacts including Marketing Directors, CMOs, Digital Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, and business owners
• Introduce services in a clear, professional, and conversational manner while building rapport
• Ask thoughtful qualifying questions to identify prospects who align with service offerings
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining positive customer experiences
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with accurate calendar coordination
• Maintain detailed CRM records including call outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities
• Participate in call reviews, role-play sessions, and ongoing coaching to continuously improve performance
