Senior Data Analyst, GTM

About This Opportunity

We are representing a profitable, fast-growing fintech company that is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive insights across their go-to-market organization. This is a fully remote position available to candidates anywhere in the USA.

Our client values data as a strategic asset and is building out their analytics function to support revenue teams. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to connect the entire customer journey from acquisition through retention. This role offers significant visibility and impact as you'll be working directly with senior leadership to inform key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Apply diverse analytics methods to generate insights across go-to-market functions including conversion analysis, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization
• Transform complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives that drive action across the organization
• Partner with stakeholders and senior leaders to champion data-informed decision-making
• Contribute to the growth and maturity of the data team by standardizing processes, developing best practices, and mentoring team members
• Collaborate with a growing analytics team and help shape team culture and ways of working

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Extensive experience with B2B go-to-market analytics across marketing, sales, revenue operations, and/or customer success domains
• Expert-level SQL skills with focus on well-architected data models, query optimization, and clean documentation
• Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, or Mode
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical decisions and business impact to diverse audiences
• Track record of driving projects forward with rapid, incremental development while solving immediate blockers
• Structured analytical approach that balances thoroughness with an MVP mindset when handling ambiguous exploratory work
• Demonstrated ability to use data to achieve ambitious goals and influence company-level outcomes
• Strong business judgment and prioritization skills

Preferred:

• Experience with forecasting and predictive modeling
• Familiarity with operational tools like Segment, Amplitude, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
• Experience with dbt, Fivetran, or Census
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Background as a technical lead or people manager
