Data Analytics and Insights Team Lead (CX)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential consumer goods organization that's scaling rapidly across multiple international markets. They're seeking a Data Analytics and Insights Team Lead to join their Customer Experience function in the Philippines.

In this role, you'll transform raw customer data and feedback into powerful, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the business. You'll enable CX teams to seamlessly access effective data, drive data integrity, and ultimately fuel both customer delight and business growth.

Responsibilities

In a typical month, you might be:

• Partnering cross-functionally to shape customer voice programs, designing strategic data goals and setting measurable targets using historical trends and future growth initiatives
• Managing the intake process for new data requests and building robust frameworks to maintain accuracy and integrity of team scorecards
• Evaluating and integrating tech and AI tools into reporting frameworks to speed up insight delivery without compromising data quality
• Collaborating with CX leadership to tie change management success metrics to overall business reporting
• Setting up governance processes and structured libraries so that past insights are easily searchable, secure, and ready to guide future strategies
