Senior Campaign Manager DACH (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology services organization seeking a Senior Campaign Manager for the DACH region. In this role, you will own B2B marketing campaigns throughout their entire lifecycle—from strategy and audience definition through execution to continuous optimization. Your focus will be on demand and lead generation, performance marketing, and measurable pipeline contribution.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing, managing, and optimizing B2B marketing campaigns for the DACH market
• Planning and executing demand generation and lead generation initiatives with clear pipeline impact
• Defining target audiences, messaging strategies, and channel approaches
• Independently managing paid media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Google Ads
• Analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving optimization measures
• Budget planning, reporting, and performance management
• Collaborating closely with sales, lead management, and internal marketing teams
• Translating global marketing initiatives into successful DACH-specific campaigns

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a hands-on professional with a strong ownership mentality who takes initiative and delivers results. The ideal candidate brings:

• Several years of experience in B2B campaign, demand, or performance marketing
• Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns
• Strong expertise in lead generation, audience segmentation, and paid media
• Confident handling of KPIs, budget management, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Pronounced ownership mindset and hands-on execution approach
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation tools is advantageous
