About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential logistics technology client seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative for their Berlin office. This is a high-impact role where you'll be at the center of our client's growth journey, helping to build the foundation of their sales pipeline across European markets.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via email automation and LinkedIn
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential customers in target markets
• Conduct initial discovery calls and qualify prospects based on fit criteria
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Track and analyze outreach performance metrics to continuously optimize conversion
• Support the development of scalable sales processes as the team grows

What We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics sectors
• Native French or German speaker with professional-level English proficiency
• Data-driven and process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated proficiency using email automation tools and LinkedIn for lead generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in copywriting
• Self-motivated, proactive personality with a results-oriented approach
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
