Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) Teilzeit in Freital 20h-30h

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization seeking a part-time Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (20–30 hours per week) based in the Dresden area. In this role, you will own the entire recruitment process with a focus on quality over volume. Your primary responsibility is ensuring sustainable, high-quality hires that align strategically with business needs.

Your core accountabilities include:

• Leading recruitment strategy with emphasis on quality of hire and long-term employee retention
• Managing the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance
• Serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on candidate selection and hiring decisions
• Continuously improving recruitment methods, selection processes, and candidate experience
• Overseeing recruitment operations, tools, and process optimization across multiple business units
• Defining, tracking, and reporting on key recruiting metrics including quality of hire, time to contract, and cost per hire
• Analyzing recruitment data to identify improvement opportunities and implement targeted measures
• Ensuring compliance with employment law and data protection requirements

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a strategic, results-oriented recruitment professional with proven experience in quality-focused talent acquisition:

• Several years of hands-on recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Demonstrated track record with metrics-driven, quality-focused recruitment practices
• Experience with structured interviewing and assessment methodologies
• Confident collaboration skills working with leadership and diverse stakeholders
• Strong affinity for data, KPIs, and process improvement
• Passion for continuously developing recruitment practices and taking ownership of outcomes
• Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented working style
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Recruitee experience ideal)
• Working knowledge of employment law and data privacy regulations
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher

This role is not: A position focused on filling requisitions without strategic input, a purely administrative function, or a role without clear accountability for results and KPIs.
