About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential global research and advisory organization in their search for a Sales Manager based in Brazil. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll build and guide a high-performing sales team of 6-12 quota-bearing professionals, driving revenue growth in the technology sector.

You'll be responsible for attracting top talent, coaching your team to develop executive-level relationships, and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable business results. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a direct impact on both team performance and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-12 quota-bearing sales professionals to achieve or exceed financial targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with broader organizational objectives
• Attract and retain top sales talent by building robust candidate pipelines and following proven recruitment methodologies
• Drive team activity through collaborative prospecting sessions and regular coaching
• Ensure team members build and maintain C-level client relationships
• Provide clear leadership through effective communication of strategy and goals
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on skill development and performance improvement
• Own your professional growth while actively supporting your team's development
• Deliver accurate forecasting and business planning

What We're Looking For

• 7-15 years of consultative sales experience in high technology (services, software, or hardware)
• 3+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of building successful teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to peak performance
• Strong business acumen with excellent forecasting and influencing skills
• Executive presence and the ability to share knowledge effectively to support growth strategies
• High intellect, drive, and strong interpersonal skills
• Public equity or B2B research experience strongly preferred
• Fluency in Portuguese required; English proficiency highly valued
• Located in or willing to relocate to Brazil
