Masseur / Physiotherapeuth (m/w/d) – Deimann Spa

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential luxury wellness organization in Schmallenberg, seeking a qualified Masseur or Physiotherapist to deliver exceptional spa treatments. In this role, you will:

• Perform professional classical and wellness-oriented massage treatments with attention to individual guest needs
• Apply physiotherapeutic techniques within your scope of qualification to support guest wellbeing
• Consult with guests to recommend appropriate massage and wellness treatments tailored to their personal requirements
• Recognize individual needs through your professional expertise and adapt treatments accordingly
• Provide attentive, warm, and professional care throughout the guest experience
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to ensure a calm, pristine, and high-quality atmosphere
• Uphold rigorous hygiene and quality standards in all spa operations
• Collaborate closely with the spa team to deliver competent and personalized guest care
• Work primarily daytime to evening hours, typically until approximately 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays

What We're Looking For

• Completed training as a Masseur, Physiotherapist, or comparable qualification required
• Practical experience in massage, physiotherapy, wellness, or spa environments preferred; entry-level candidates with appropriate qualifications welcome
• Professional competence and meticulous work habits, as quality treatments demand responsibility and precision
• Genuine enjoyment of direct guest interaction and strong interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional and polished presentation that contributes to the premium spa atmosphere
• Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
• Team player mentality with willingness to support colleagues
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as the spa operates seven days per week
• Strong German language skills for confident guest consultation and care
