In this consultative sales position, you'll conduct meaningful conversations with prospective students, helping them identify the right educational pathways to advance their careers. This is a high-ticket sales role with significant earning potential for top performers who thrive on results and genuine relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations with pre-qualified, warm leads who have already scheduled appointments
• Guide prospective students through a consultative selling process to identify programs aligned with their career goals
• Close high-ticket program enrollments through relationship-driven conversations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Provide customer insights and feedback to improve program offerings and sales processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in high-ticket or consultative sales environments
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong relationship-building capabilities and objection-handling skills
• Comfort and proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM platforms
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional sales experience
• Passion for helping others achieve their professional goals through education
