About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare education organization seeking experienced registered nurses to serve as Travel Nursing Instructors across the Ohio Valley Region. This is a PRN seasonal role perfect for master's-prepared nurses who want to make a meaningful impact on the next generation of nursing professionals while maintaining schedule flexibility.

As a traveling instructor, you'll help new nursing graduates prepare for their licensure examination through proven teaching methodologies. This position offers the chance to build your resume, expand your professional network, and work with students across multiple sites in the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, engaging instruction that creates an excellent student learning experience
• Facilitate active learning and student development using established curriculum and teaching strategies
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement throughout sessions
• Learn and apply proprietary teaching methodologies and test preparation strategies
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and ongoing instructional support sessions
• Travel to various locations within the Ohio Valley Region as scheduled

What We're Looking For

• Required: MSN or BSN with completed Master's degree
• Required: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• Required: 5+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Required: Weekday availability for travel and instruction
• Preferred: Previous teaching, training, or educational experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
• Strong energy and enthusiasm for student success
• Ability to quickly learn new teaching methodologies and content
• Flexibility to work seasonally based on graduation cycles and testing schedules
