We are representing a confidential recruiting technology startup in their search for a Sales Growth Business Partner. Our client is building innovative AI-powered solutions for the talent acquisition space and needs skilled professionals who can introduce their platform to decision-makers in the hiring ecosystem.

This is a flexible, referral-based role ideal for independent professionals who understand the recruiting industry and have strong networks among HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Introduce our client's AI interviewing platform to your professional network and community
• Communicate the value proposition of modern, AI-assisted candidate screening to potential users
• Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact as prospects explore the platform
• Gather and relay real-time market feedback to support product development
• Operate independently and manage your own pipeline and outreach efforts
• Build and maintain relationships with business decision-makers in the talent space

What We're Looking For

• Background in business development, sales, or consulting—particularly in HR technology or recruiting services
• Existing relationships with talent acquisition leaders, HR decision-makers, or recruiting agencies
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach to work
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, commission-based structure
• Comfort representing and explaining technology solutions to non-technical audiences
• Track record of building trust with business stakeholders

Pay
