Sales Trainee (m/w/d)

We are representing a confidential event management organization based in Düsseldorf. Our client takes a systematic, ROI-focused approach to corporate events and business development, serving enterprise clients across multiple sectors.

We're seeking a Sales Trainee to join their team and develop into a full-cycle sales professional. You'll be the first point of contact for new prospects, guiding them through a structured sales process from initial inquiry to signed contract. This is a long-term development opportunity with clear advancement potential.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and advise incoming prospects using established sales frameworks and guidelines
• Conduct telephone consultations and prepare prospects for sales conversations
• Manage the full sales cycle along a defined process, from lead to contract
• Create proposals and contracts with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain and update CRM records, documenting all customer touchpoints
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to support positioning
• Coordinate sales activities and follow-up tasks systematically
• Occasionally attend trade shows and seminars for client acquisition
