Business Process Owner – Global Learning Management Systems (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global manufacturing organization seeking a Business Process Owner - Global Learning Management Systems in Künzelsau, Germany. This is a strategic role within HR Digital Solutions, responsible for shaping and advancing the international digital learning landscape. The position offers a flexible hybrid work model (approximately three days remote, two days on-site).

Responsibilities

• Own the functional responsibility for the digital learning system landscape and its strategic development internationally
• Operate and strategically advance the digital learning system landscape within the international corporate environment
• Develop and implement global standards and processes in the current learning management system (Time4You)
• Create business cases and decision matrices for system selection (evaluating SuccessFactors Learning versus alternatives such as imc)
• Manage complex requirements gathering in collaboration with key users across the organization
• Design and execute global rollout strategies for additional group companies worldwide
• Serve as the liaison and coordinate interfaces between IT, business academy functions, and worldwide subsidiaries
• Analyze system usage, create KPI reporting and dashboards (e.g., via Power BI) to measure performance

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience administering, rolling out, and developing digital learning technologies and modern learning management systems in an international environment
• Proven expertise in project and process management including requirements analysis, stakeholder management, change management, and rollout strategies
• Strong IT affinity with understanding of interfaces, data structures, and system architectures
• Diplomatic skills, negotiation strength, and confidence working with international stakeholders at various hierarchy levels up to executive leadership
• Fluent German and English language skills (negotiation-level proficiency required)
