Bilingual Channel Account Manager, Arabic (MEA) – UK

About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly growing cybersecurity software organization seeking a Bilingual Channel Account Manager (Arabic/English) to join their EMEA channel sales team. This is a fully remote position for candidates permanently residing in the UK, specifically in the London area.

Our client protects organizations and users across 150+ countries with enterprise security solutions. This role focuses on building pipeline and driving channel revenue with high-performance partners across the Middle East and Africa region.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day recruitment and relationship development with channel partners including value-added resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and strategic software partners (primarily Turkey, Middle East, and Africa)
• Serve as primary liaison between our client and assigned channel partners and distribution organizations in the MEA region
• Build and maintain productive relationships with key sales and channel personnel in partner accounts
• Coordinate internal resources including support, service, and management to meet partner performance objectives
• Drive sales through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales teams
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
• Manage direct/channel conflict through effective communication between channel and direct sales teams
• Ensure partner compliance with channel programs and agreements
• Develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones with partners
• Identify and launch partner go-to-market and services offerings to drive incremental joint revenue
• Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual opportunities with shared partners
• Maintain channel opportunity registrations in CRM systems and support direct sales in closing channel-generated leads
• Plan and execute channel marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation
• Travel locally and nationally to customer meetings as required (up to 50%)

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (both verbal and written) – essential requirement
• Proven track record driving revenue growth through channel partner networks
• Strong understanding of partner incentive programs and partner relationship management (PRM) tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in team-oriented environments
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented approach
• Must permanently reside in the UK (London area)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
• Ability to rent and operate a vehicle for business purposes
