Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, tickets, and chats regarding product issues, service questions, and general client concerns
• Provide technical troubleshooting and real-time assistance through CRM systems
• Stay consistently up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies through collaboration with management and cross-functional teams
• Recognize when to escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 support
• Deliver excellent B2B customer service and establish positive rapport with each client
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1+ years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) technical support role
• Experience with Google Docs and MS Office tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven history of maintaining professionalism with clients

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree
• Salesforce experience
• ServiceNow experience
• Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and computers
