Senior Director of Collector Relations, Europe

Responsibilities

Our client, a rapidly growing collectibles organization, has created a newly established leadership role based in London. Reporting to the Global Head of Collector Relations, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining authentic, trusted relationships with high-net-worth collectors and regional partners throughout Europe
• Encouraging participation from high-value individuals in the European collectibles ecosystem while implementing loyalty initiatives that enhance engagement
• Establishing and managing a regional team dedicated to delivering concierge-level service and curated experiences for collectors
• Partnering with sports leagues, teams, and organizations across European markets to create exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime experiences
• Monitoring market trends to identify and onboard new high-value clients across the region
• Contributing to the development and regional execution of customer loyalty programs to elevate the overall collector experience

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• Proven track record of managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals in Europe
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect authentically with diverse collector personas across multiple European cultures and languages
• Experience developing and managing consumer loyalty or VIP programs is highly desirable
• Deep interest in sports and European sports culture (football, Formula 1, rugby, cricket), with the ability to activate relevant partnerships
• Familiarity with sports cards and collectibles is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with influential, high-profile clients
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative and culturally aware approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders across diverse European markets

Please note: This is a full-time role based in London with an expectation of five days per week in the designated office.
