Human Resources Executive

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded technology startup in the recruitment platform space. Our client is building AI-powered interviewing solutions that process high volumes of candidates across emerging markets. They're seeking a Human Resources Executive to own their internal talent acquisition function and help scale their team during a period of rapid growth.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates globally. You'll work directly with founders and department heads to build scalable recruiting systems while using cutting-edge AI tools to identify top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles including Engineering, Growth, and Operations positions
• Design and optimize recruitment workflows, ATS integrations, and candidate evaluation frameworks to maintain quality at speed
• Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and establish rigorous skill assessment criteria
• Support performance appraisal systems and contribute to building a high-performance culture
• Represent the company's mission and values to the global talent community through employer branding initiatives
• Analyze hiring funnel metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR within tech startups or high-growth agencies; exceptionally strong entry-level candidates will also be considered
• Self-starter with high ownership mentality who takes initiative and works independently
• Systems thinker who designs scalable processes rather than managing isolated tasks
• Clear and persuasive communicator in written and verbal English
• Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technology in the HR space
• User empathy with the ability to create intuitive candidate experiences
• Data-driven approach to analyzing and optimizing recruitment funnels
