We are representing a confidential AI-powered SaaS startup in their search for a Growth Product Intern/Fresher. Our client is backed by top-tier investors and is building innovative technology that serves high-volume markets globally. Responsibilities

• Conduct user research by interviewing users, analyzing feedback, and translating insights into actionable product opportunities
• Assist in planning and prioritizing new product features alongside Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Participate in testing product releases and quality assurance to ensure smooth user experiences
• Support analytics efforts to measure product adoption and user engagement
• Create clear product specifications, internal notes, and release documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve usability and define features that inform the product roadmap

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• Passion for product design, user experience, or building tools people love
• Analytical thinking with a logical approach to solving user problems
• Clear communication skills with ability to translate complexity into simplicity
• Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams
• Initiative, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity in a startup environment
• Desire for real ownership and hands-on learning rather than support tasks

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with Figma, Notion, or product analytics tools
• Prior project experience (school, personal, or internship) related to design or product work
