About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI recruiting technology client in their search for commission-based Talent Acquisition Business Partners. Our client is building a network of HR professionals and recruiters who can introduce their platform to hiring teams within their existing networks.

This is a flexible, referral-based partnership role ideal for HR professionals, recruiters, or consultants who want to monetize their professional connections on their own schedule. There are no fixed hours or quotas—you work when and how you choose.

Responsibilities

• Introduce our client's AI-powered interviewing platform to HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring decision-makers in your network
• Facilitate connections between potential users and the platform, helping them understand how the solution fits their hiring workflow
• Share market insights and user feedback to help improve the product offering
• Generate successful client referrals through your professional network
• Potentially onboard your own employer as a client (bonus compensation available)

What We're Looking For

• Active professional network in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
• Experience as an HR professional, recruiter, or HR/recruiting consultant
• Self-starter mentality with strong relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Enthusiasm for recommending tools that genuinely solve hiring challenges
• Willingness to learn about and represent an AI recruiting technology solution

Location: Remote (Global)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor, Commission-Only

Compensation
