Sales Director – Regulatory Reporting

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services technology and consulting firm in their search for a Sales Director – Regulatory Reporting based in London. Our client is a global provider of managed services, technology solutions, and advisory capabilities serving capital markets institutions across the US, EMEA, and APAC.

This is a hunter role for an ambitious sales professional who can originate and close new business opportunities. You will leverage your established network across Tier 1 and Tier 2banks and asset managers to sell regulatory reporting technology, advisory, and managed services solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle from prospect identification through contract signature
• Originate new client opportunities across regulatory reporting solutions, advisory services, and managed operations
• Develop prospects through your existing network, cold outreach, LinkedIn, conferences, and referrals
• Target senior stakeholders across Regulatory Reporting, Operations, Technology, and COO functions
• Drive new business opportunities across global regulatory landscape, including assurance and remediation
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and support internal reporting processes
• Collaborate with internal experts to shape proposals and RFP responses
• Manage internal stakeholders and coordinate across all levels of seniority within the organization

What We're Looking For

• Deep knowledge of regulatory reporting regulations with focus on US, European, and APAC markets
• Background in sales or client-facing delivery within regulatory reporting, capital markets operations, or fintech
• Proven experience selling technology or managed services into financial institutions
• Extensive network of decision makers at Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and asset managers
• Demonstrable track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving business, IT, and procurement functions
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Someone who brings ideas and works collaboratively across product, business development, marketing, and delivery teams
