Digital Communications Consultant & Project Manager (w/m/d)

We are representing a confidential communications agency specializing in sport, outdoor, active lifestyle, and tourism brands. Our talent team is seeking a Digital Communications Consultant & Project Manager to join their Munich-based operation. This is a full-time, hybrid role with remote work options available throughout Germany.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and community marketing strategies for clients in the sport, outdoor, and tourism sectors, as well as internal communication channels
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers, and communities; develop collaboration frameworks and manage partnerships from concept through evaluation
• Lead project and campaign management independently, coordinating timelines, stakeholder alignment, and budgets to ensure creative and reliable execution
• Identify relevant themes, trends, and platform dynamics; translate insights into compelling communication ideas and formats that engage target audiences
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, social media activities, and partnership outcomes; derive learnings and continuously optimize communication measures

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with social media platforms, analytics tools, and reporting KPIs
• Track record building and nurturing networks and partnerships with creators, communities, or brand partners
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budget, timeline, and stakeholder coordination
• Passion for sport, outdoor, active lifestyle, or tourism industries
• Team-oriented mindset with initiative and consulting competence
• An existing network within relevant sport, outdoor, or lifestyle communities is a plus
• German language proficiency required for this role
