About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential e-commerce technology company that is building an innovative commerce platform. Our client is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to design, deploy, and manage autonomous AI agents that drive operational efficiency and customer value.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities where AI agents can create business impact and build solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess AI automation needs across the organization
- Integrate agents with third-party services and internal tooling
- Monitor performance metrics and deprecate underperforming agents
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and models, adopting technologies that demonstrate clear value
- Serve as an internal AI advisor, helping team members leverage AI capabilities in their work
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building autonomous AI agents that perform meaningful work without constant supervision
- Strong proficiency with Grok, Claude, OpenAI, and open-source AI models
- Technical expertise in Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, and Google Cloud Platform
- Excellent written communication skills in English

Pay and Benefits
Pay via Get A Job.ai: $150,000–$250,000 USD annually, plus a $20,000 signing bonus. Our client offers 4 weeks vacation plus country-specific holidays. This is a fully remote, full-time position.
