Senior SAP AMS Consultant (SAP EWM)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SAP supply chain consultancy seeking a Senior SAP AMS Consultant with deep expertise in SAP EWM. This is a permanent, remote position based in the UK, offering an excellent work-life balance away from the demands of traditional project-based consulting.

Our client specializes in supply chain solutions and works with globally recognized brands across multiple industries. This role focuses on application management services (AMS), providing you with exposure to diverse client configurations and business processes without the typical travel demands of consulting work.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients within the AMS environment, managing incident resolution and problem management
• Deliver service requests efficiently and develop SAP EWM solutions tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams across various SAP modules to ensure seamless integration
• Oversee and deliver comprehensive documentation, maintaining the highest quality standards
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to colleagues and junior consultants
• Support multiple long-term clients across different industries, configurations, and supply chain challenges
• Participate in occasional client visits as needed (primarily remote work)

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Senior-level experience in SAP EWM functionality and configuration
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP EWM and its impact on business processes
• Proven track record delivering customer change requests within project or AMS environments
• Deep knowledge of core supply chain processes, including demand planning and supply chain integration
• Expert-level ability to integrate SAP EWM with complex SAP modules
• Valid UK driving licence
• UK-based location (remote work)

Desired:

• Previous support desk experience within an ITIL environment
• Functional experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
• Background in SAP consulting environments
• Experience with S/4HANA
