About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology client building enterprise solutions that transform how organizations operate. As artificial intelligence becomes integral to business operations, our client needs technical leaders who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge capability and real-world implementation.

This Solution Architect role sits at the intersection of technology and enterprise sales. You'll work directly with major European and international enterprises, building prototypes, leading technical evaluations, and helping organizations gain confidence in adopting advanced AI systems. This is not a traditional pre-sales role—you'll shape deal strategy, build custom solutions, and influence buying decisions at the highest levels.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy for enterprise opportunities from discovery through contract signature
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and product evaluations with enterprise customers including DAX-listed companies
• Build prototypes, proof of concepts, and custom integrations that demonstrate measurable business impact
• Design scalable solutions that integrate our client's platform into complex enterprise technology environments
• Establish trusted relationships with procurement leaders, IT teams, enterprise architects, and C-level stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into platform capabilities
• Contribute to enterprise sales strategy by combining technical depth with commercial insight

What We're Looking For

• Strong combination of technical skills and customer engagement ability—you enjoy building solutions and presenting them equally
• Experience with APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud environments, or software development; you don't need to be a full-time engineer but should be comfortable adapting technical solutions
• Ownership mindset with demonstrated ability to influence enterprise buying decisions and close complex technical deals
• Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences—engineers, architects, business leaders, and C-suite
• Comfort in fast-moving environments; you learn quickly and work effectively across Sales, Product, and Engineering functions
• Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for helping enterprises adopt transformative technology
• Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous given the Munich location

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive for the German market at this seniority level.
